would never recomend morses to anyone , we got into arrears with loan and set up a payment plan with there area manager to stop us getting any adverse marks on our credit file , and morses went over what was aggread and marked my file anyway even sent me default letters out for accounts i had paid up ??? why to go morses wont ever use you again

my card was used when i was haveing a opperation i lost 149.99 for a transaction i never did ??? can i get through to them no spent last 3 days getting no where on the phone feel like this card is just a scam now and im 150 pounds out of pockit ?????
