Happy to Help me with my Help to Buy ISA

Made an appointment at the HSBC in North Finchley to set up my Help to Buy ISA. Received confirmation in writing and by text. Warmly welcomed to the branch, with free wifi, a drink and a laugh. The product was calmly and professionally explained to me, the lady had a very soothing voice, made me feel very at ease. She verified all my information, successfully opened the account and set up a monthly standing order, and arranged to follow up and check that everything was ok, which she did.
