Found cover elsewhere for £200 less. Cancelled AGE UK cover before renewal date over the phone, they said they would cancel at their end and advised I cancel DD which I did. Subsequently received letter from them to say because they had not received payment cover had expired. Rang them to confirm I initiated cancellation not them. Reviewed on: 8th October 2016
