after holding a mortgage with them since 2002, always paid on time every month, explaining my dad had passed away suddely I was looking at moving in with mom for a while and looking at buy to let I was ill advise by a very unfriendly and unhelpful mortgage department

my old insurance company quoted me double the price for my home insurance due to my house being in a flood risk area - I live 10 mins away from the river, great customer service!
