Changed from a travel company I’d been with for a number of years due to really high increase in payments for a health problem.
Staysure cost was over a £100 cheaper for same cover as I had with other company and health problem

We had reason to have to cancel a holiday in 2017 due to a medical problem. We received complete understanding from the person who dealt with us making a claim. All monies were repaid into our bank account within 7 days of submitting our claim.
Thus we decided on renewing our policy with them again in 2018
