I was in need of two savings accounts for my children but needed to retain access. The staff in my local branch were able to help me despite not having an appointment. I now have all accounts linked via online banking and it's easy to manage and transfer funds.

With interest rates so low I wanted some way of boosting my savings without any risk. I have £3k in bonds and have won once in 6 months netting me £25. This beats the poor interest earned on the same amount in my isa plus there's a chance of winning bigger.

Using a comparison site Tesco Bank offered the best premium and services. The benefit of having cover for lost keys including house keys is great.

I took out my first ever contents insurance policy with The AA and was very happy with the premium and added bonus of free breakdown cover. Upon renewal the deal i was getting wasn't as good as the quote for a new customer but all it took was one quick call and the price was matched. Very easy to deal with and the customer service staff have all been extremely friendly and helpful.
