Disgusting and rude customer service

I was involved in a car accident which was not my fault. My car was collected by Tesco’s own garage that does repairs, they only replaced the back panel and repainted the car they are refusing to do further repairs on it saying that the other damage is non accidental. How can they expect me to drive a car that is vibrating and shaking when I’m driving it?. This car is a death trap and I’m stuck. I have made several phone calls to customer services/ claim line but have had no joy. I took my car to Halfords for a second opinion and they told me that my car is write off of which Tesco’s is refusing to listen to this nor take my car for a second opinion at a different garage. Tesco you have put my life at risk and surely it’s your responsibility to ensure that all accident damaged cars are repaired to a safe standard. You surely have failed on this one. What’s the point of paying for insurance if you don’t want to pay up in terms of accidents? Would not recommend as it’s a joke. Reviewed on: 7th September 2018
