Money back when I didn't need to claim, but when I did have to claim so straight forward and easy. Was warned they were very busy it might take few weeks, claim was verified by my vet and in my bank by tea time same day.

Can't believe I found insurance for my 9 year old German Shepherd at such a reasonable price. Llike the fact I always get useful communications from them each month, never feel it's junk mail. Would recommend to anyone.
