Worse Customer Service than BT (and that's saying something!)

If you can ever get hold of anyone, it takes 40 minutes. You then find yourself being passed onto someone else. (And therefore back in the queue) Their complaints team are slow, defensive and obtuse. Nobody seems to know what they are doing and you will never get a straight answer to a simple question. Avoid like the plague.
