Not a great product, app is hard to use, difficult to carry out transactions, poor saving rates, lack of products, not really anything good going for it.

Been with MBNA for a number of years and they offer good choice of credit cards, good customer service, good reward cards, easy to u derstand statements, good online services and always easy to excess customer support if needed.

Been with LV for at least 6 yeats now as they always come up with best price and all round value and best policy. Customer service is very good and website eady to use.

I originally had my savings with N&P who were taken over by Yorkshire BS. Since then i have been amazed by their saving products, rates and service. They offer a wide range of saving products with good interest rates. Their is easy to use and apply for products. Excellent service.

Now have two credit cards with MBNA and I must say they are really good value. MBNA offers good service, reliable cards, easy to understand statements, answer queries quickly, are trustworthy and help keep my account secure.

Nationwide really are the bank that likes to help it's customers. They offer great customer service, great range of products, multiple way to contact them, great online banking, look after me as a valued customer.....overall really good company.
