After many years of staying with the same company, “the post office”I decided to switch, I spoke with an extremely polite and helpful lady, as well as saving money, I was impressed with the experience, after all “good manners are free”!
Later that week after telling the post office why I was cancelling, I received a renewal quote from them in the post, it had gone up!
