Straightforward, no hassle, very quick to sort out my claim.

Broke my iPhone, phoned up Covercloud, got a decision instantly, had the phone picked up buy currier the next day. and got my replacement 5 days later. So from start to finish was only 5 days. Great service. Very professional and courteous over the phone and buy email. Reviewed on: 29th October 2016
