Terrible claims service....

We sadly had a flood claim in April this year and Esure sent around one of their own Surveyors to review the damage. He offered £2,800 in settlement which we were not happy about.....six months later the claim has still not been settled but their offer is now £10,500! This is a shocking company whose claims service is woeful! I am going on TV at the end of the month to talk about our experience...I am looking forward to getting a chance to talk about this! Also, I found Esure by using the comparison website - go compare - funny how both companies are owned by the same parent company!!!! Not sure this is treating customers fairly!!! I have worked in the insurance industry for 29 years.....never felt that I would ever complain about the service of a claims department but this is the first household claim I have ever made....please choose your insurer carefully!
