Very easy to apply for insurance. If you phone them, they pick up quickly and are very helpful. They offer lots of different policies but I personally love the lifetime one which gives 15k of cover per year and includes dental, far more than any other company I checked out. Thankfully, I have not needed to claim from them yet, so I can't offer any insight into the claims process.

Finally, some common sense in the insurance industry

With all the talk about vaccines possibly harming pets, I wanted to be able to choose for myself whether to vaccinate my dogs or not. I phoned this company to explain my concerns and they said they are aware that many owners are worried by this and that if I chose not to vaccinate, it would not invalidate my insurance. If any of my dogs needed treatment for a "vaccinable" illness, they would not cover it, but if they fell ill for any other reason, my insurance would not be affected. As vaccines are meant to last years anyway, the chances of my dogs getting a "vaccinable" illness is very slim and I commend this company for taking the customers concerns seriously about this matter.
