Breakdow recovery.

Recently I changed my insurance company from a well known large company, being dissatisfied being charged for an in car cam recorder being fitted. as this was classed as a modification. Having read reviews with so many other insurance companies, decided to join John Lewis. Unfortunately for the first time in my broke down electrical component failure. Phoning John Lewis spoke to one of the most nicest pleasant personality who was so helpful to me, Anne was her name (night staff) I was also called back by Anne with who would attend to me. Not only was my vehicle returned to my home address that night, Following morning at 8-50am received a phone call from Dawn who organised a 2nd recovery vehicle to take to a garage of my choice. Although garage was 12 miles away no questions was asked, I could not have expected any better service from John Lewis car insurance and break-down service.
