I was in a no fault accident with a motorcyclist, who received a police caution resulting from the incident. My car was written off and after some chasing for the reason it was written off I received a settlement, less my excess. (one star awarded). From that moment and despite 3 email requests from me I have had no replies with information about the claim against the motorcyclist's insurance company.
