My dog fractured her pelvis and required 5 days care and pain relief for several weeks, costing c£2.5k.
I had been paying £40 a month for 3 years, for £8k of cover. There was no problem making the claim, was paid quickly and was not contested. But as the renewal came at the end of the year, my new monthly ‘lifetime cover’ had more than doubled to £90 per month for the same amount of cover. Therefore forcing me to drop the amount of cover. I now get 3k worth of cover for £45 per month.. they take advantage of loyalty.

Claimed over £3k, for my dog when she broke her pelvis, they dealt directly with the vets and contacted me when it was done. Even returned £80 to me that I was unaware I have over paid in the initial excess!
