I didn't find direct line on any of the comparison sites which made me think they are confident in their product. I decided to give them a call and they came out cheaper than most of the ones listed on the comparison sites. I chose DL as they are an established, well known brand and I although I have yet to need them I am confident that if I do they will be available for me
