Absolute poor customer service

Having settled my account I questioned the amount payable after doing my research. Following my conversation the advisors could not grasp that an overpayment was made and a refund was due, it took several conversations and sarcastic call to have them understand, finally got the refund. I then asked for a statement five calls later it finally was sent. Made a complaint advisor did not want to know an absolute poor customer journey, if you deal with them keep watch Reviewed on: 25th September 2018
