We have a slightly different home, in a converted listed building. When we first tried to organise insurance none of the predefined categories matched our specific needs. I telephoned and found staff very willing to help.

I was very happy with the online quote but needed to clarify the 'maximum time away' on my home insurance before buying. My call to Admiral was a pleasant experience, not too long a wait and helpful staff.
