My car eml light came on while on holiday and when calling to get a technician to look over the fault the phone was answered with in 5 rings with out any rubbish hold music the agent who answered was polite and informative ..... technician arrived and resolved the problem in less than half an hour of me calling at no cost to myself I will definitely be staying with admiral !
