Appalling customer service!! 5 months to replace a hob!!

They couldn't get one thing right, just a catalogue of errors. Quick to take the excess at the start then 4 months of frustration, wrong goods, broken goods, ignored emails and false promises. No one took ownership or responsibility for our claim. Then suddenly got a cheque in the post so we could buy it ourselves - no apology, explanation or recompense!! Incompetent and rubbish service!! You should also read the small print about goods over a certain age not being covered - told us that about our washing machine AFTER we gave the details and the premium!!!
