The customer service dealing with issues, suspected fraud is brilliant. Had 4 breakdowns( one in France) - saved in less then an hour fuss and paper free. Lost phone- replaced in 2 days. Couldn't be more happier with their service. Well worth paying the small fee knowing they got your back and won't question you like criminal every time you call them x
