Can I get a minius rating? Service has been abysmal from the start!

Barclays has offered constantly poor service since opening my business account in July. Issue 1) I was initially told my account would be open within 10 days, on the 17th day I had to spend over 3 hours calling different Barclay's departments to try and find my account details for a payment that was due. Issue 2) Each time I call “business banking” the service is extremely poor, and they have no knowledge of the business products on offer. I have spent weeks trying to set up my data services each time I call the banking advisor has no knowledge of this service and places me on hold for 15+ minutes. I need this service and it seems you are incapable of setting this up, hence deciding to move banks. Issue 3) I thought as a business I would be provided with a business account manager, no one has been offered. Issue 4) In my local Merthyr Tydfil Branch where you have replaced the tellers with Ipads, all the customers now queue at the business banking desk, meaning each time I go in there is a substantial queue of non-business customers at the desk.
