All is well once they get you on board. Requested 3 lump sum payments over the course of a few months on top of a huge deposit and near the end of the completion date for our home. Complete shambles of a company and would advise to invest your money elsewhere. Such a stressful time dealing going with this company. Really not worth it. Really slow incompetent staff who will request this, that, even though its been submitted. Would stay away
