After money was fraudulently taken from our account by scammers (nearly £900) and articles bought from a TV shopping channel, using a picture of my ex-wifes card that had been taken from an ATM, the bank were very understanding and caring with us, throughout the whole process. We were not made to feel implicated, or involved, indeed we were total innocents in the whole process, and were made to feel as such. The bank were great. We were refunded within 2 days, the whole amount too.
