I have the Flexplus and it is amazing. It gives me interest, 5% interest savings account on top and insures holidays, phone and break down cover for what works out to be £7 a month (£13 cost pcm- £6.28 pcm interest). It got me a competitive instant access Isa. Oh, and I got £100 for a friend and £100 for me when I signed up.
