Business banking gets harder

as a small business we need convenience and speed when paying in or discussing business, which was great when the local branch was open but, as everywhere we lost that and have to go into the town centre so pay to park or circle the town whilst one of us goes into the branch. The staff are lovely and helpful but we only have 2 positions to pay cash in at, so there is always a queue !! I know they want to move everyone onto online banking to save costs, but some businesses just don't work that way, so it does make it harder for them. Reviewed on: 8th November 2018
