If you are in a hurry to open a business account go elsewhere!

I have been in contact with Lloyds Bank for over 3 weeks in an attempt to start up a business account. My last contact promised that a Business account Manager would be in touch with me iminently. This did not happen.
This morning I got an interview with one of their competitors straight away. Lloyds attitude seems to be one of complacency!
