Terrific TSB.

The TSB Bank Experience Is a Great One. Great Facilities, Great Bank and People (Partners). The Customer is at The Fore Front of The Bank. It's a Brilliant Place to Bank, 3% Interest on Balances, Contactless Cashback Etc. Only Issue is The TSB Bank App is a Little Basic.. Only in Terms of Not Being Able to Manage Direct Debits or Standing Orders. View Pending Transactions etc. Reviewed on: 6th February 2017

Jumping through hoops, and still failing.

There's limited Post Offices that do 'Current Account Servicing' so you have to travel further a field, if you'd like a current account with post office. App - does the job, room for improvement. Good customer service to a point, except for a misdemeanor of having to send proof of IDENTITY twice, and of course two lots of travelling, simply to resend your documents. If successful, the account is of great benefit, access money at any post office, VISA bank card, online banking etc. Only issue you might need to accommodate multiple trips to a current account servicing Post Office. I'd encourage you to go for it but there's NO online application. Reviewed on: 21st November 2016
