I started my paying a monthly direct debit, until they charged me an additional £20 after they tried to withdraw the money from the wrong account and the money wasn't in there. I tried to phone up and discuss this and I spoke to someone called Lucy who was extremely extremely rude and non negotiable. I would not recommend this company to anyone!! She was a horrible lady and would not accept any of my payments and I will be cancelling my policy down to her!
