They decided that a bank statement and a letter from my hospital were not acceptable forms of proof of address and decided to cancel my insurance policy without even informing me. They emailed me at 4:08pm to tell me I needed to send them my proof of address before 6pm that night when they couldn't even respond to an email I sent them on Thursday. They make you jump through hoops and demand and make threats to cancel the policy, it honestly feels like they take your money then decide they don't want to insure you so they do everything in their power to cancel the policy! Absolute scam and I wont go anywhere near them again in the future.
