The absolute worst customer service

The service from this company has been so poor I almost don't know where to start! The right hand doesn't know what the left is doing, delay after delay with a very straight forward claim for delayed/damaged baggage. Apparently I should pursue the airline, even though I bought insurance from Virgin. Mislaid paperwork etc. I was issued a cheque for 15 quid (to replace my suitcase LOL) a month after informing them that Easyjet had replaced my suitcase with a new one of similar high quality, so I was dropping my claim for it. They then demanded the cheque back as if it's my fault! 2 months later, I am still waiting for settlement. It takes an absolute age for them to reply to anything, and it's always from an anonymous person - which I HATE! Thank God, I didn't have to claim on the medical cover. COMPLETE WASTE OF SPACE.
