It does what it says on the tin. Staff are very friendly and it's easy to get in touch with someone to rectify a problem.
However, I recently went in branch to query setting up a help to buy isa, only to find out that RBS was not taking part in the scheme. The reason stated was the cost to RBS didn't make it viable. I am therefore looking for a new account as every other bank seems to have understood the bigger picture in this.
