The insurances on the flex plus are amazing. Used the breakdown cover- they had someone out within 15 minutes. Also just claimed on the phone insurance for water damage, they approved my claim the next day and gave me the address to send the phone to. It's been repaired within 2 days and will be returned to me today!! Fantastic service and definitely worth the account fee each month! Well done Nationwide!!
