Raisin customer service is appalling.

Raisin customer service is appalling. I recommended my partner and, due to bereavement, she missed an email from Raisin. As a result they blocked her from her account. Trying to get any help from outside of their secure message system, only available from within the account, exposed an appalling customer service system. Reviewed on: 26th January 2025

Absolutely Fantastic!

Absolutely fantastic!! I've invested 3 times with RAISIN in the past 3 years, & the initial set up each time was very straightforward. The communication throughout has been timely & informative. The platform is very easy to navigate, & is great for showing a multitude of savings options. Great choice of savings

Great service, high interest rates, good choice of providers, savings rate and savings/investment options. Very easy to deal with - very trustworthy, reliable and transparent. I’ve had several fixed rate savings over the last few years and have been extremely happy with ease of using the site, managing my savings and the returns I receive on my savings. Highly recommend. It’s not worth looking elsewhere.
