I had a call from this company having responded to an offer advertised on tv. While they describe themselves as the biggest insurance agent in the country, they were not the company that I first contacted. Their approach is very professional and well informed, but unless you stop them abruptly, you can easily find yourself on the verge of signing up to a deal without being given any opportunity to take the time to consider whether you are moving in a comfortable direction. They are cleverly trained not to give you an opportunity to take a step back or give you time to think clearly about what you are getting yourself into, focusing on the right to cancel in thirty days, rather than giving you the time to properly consider what you are doing. It's clever marketing and slick patter. Be warned that you could easily end up agreeing to something that you didn't set out to sign up to so swiftly. Reviewed on: 30th May 2023

Great phone manner and personable serive.

Brilliant telephone communications and a person who made me feel like he wanted to get the best for me (even though it is his job) I though he was also very sensitive with tricky questions and made me feel at ease. Will use this company again in the futurw. Reviewed on: 20th September 2022

Care attention and empathy given and full understanding of my 'wellbeing' and the manner in which they were addressed gave me peace of mind that ultimately, if anything happened my insurance would pay out. Reviewed on: 17th August 2021
