Society procedures neec to be improved.

I was unable to transfer money from one of my accounts online despite the fact that I operate all my Saffron accounts online. On the telephone, a very helpful member of staff was able to transfer the money to my nominated account but I couldn't. “Clunky” procedures like that certainly detract for the Society’s appeal to me. Always lovely and helpful people on the phone

Always lovely and helpful people at the end of a phone, knowledgeable about products and quick at actioning issues. Let down by poor online service provision and issues with instructions in the post. My renewal / end of term written instructions sent in the mail were not actioned for months/at all two years in a row - had to call. Should be able to deal with those online, would greatly improve customer service. Reviewed on: 22nd October 2024
