I turned to step change in 2020 my marriage had bro...

I turned to step change in 2020 my marriage had broken down , and I was left with a lot of debts so I owed about 16000, at the time, iv been able to put all my debts as one payment, so far iv payed just over 6,000 pounds in the last 5 years I'm glad I did turn to step change, they have helped me sort out my debts and now iv been able to sleep at night Reviewed on: 24th May 2025

StepChange: A wonderfully warm and non-judgmental service

I have been a client of StepChange for a number of years and in that time, have found them to be a warm and welcoming organisation that puts its clients' interests first in whatever it does. Their handling of my account has brought so many benefits including a stress-free environment, which has helped me tremendously to face my debt problems and deal with them in a calm, efficient and effective way through the StepChange non-judgmental approach to problem solving in a co-creative way. StepChange take away the stress

StepChange take away the stress of having to deal with mounting debt following a job loss. They deal with everything for you from proving templated for budgets to writing to creditors. You pay them the agreed amount and they then send it to all your creditors. Reviewed on: 7th August 2021

So freindly understanding helpful non judgmental

I've been with stepchange a few years, they have been brilliant at helping me get my finances back under control, and so easy to do and check up on how my debt is reducing with the easy payments it is all in one place one easy payment monthly, I can afford to clear my debts. Definitely recommend them as always freindly helpful non judgemental and they only want to give you peace of mind you can sleep n stop worrying over debt that they are helping you to repay at a pace and amount you can afford to do.
