It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Most understanding and non judgemental organisation you can find

At the times when we needed most, StepChange was there for us, not once but several times to understand and advice, not judge, give you a sense that you are not alone, although I haven’t met anyone or know anyone, it’s a very good feeling to know that you are speaking to someone who is empathetic and genuinely helpful not trying to take your money, I fact help you to deal with money difficulties. Helped me get my life back!

I was in a terrible place at Christmas two years ago... moved house doing it up and spent far too much but mostly on credit cards! I was a fool but with Step Change and one phone call it has brought a light at the end of a long long tunnel!
