Most of us have been in debt at some stage in our lives but if it gets to the stage of sleepless nights and irritability with close friends and family there is one telephone call that will get your life back and put you back on track for the rest of your life Firstly like an alcoholic admit to yourself that you're in trouble and need help Secondly phone Stepchange. The staff there are real people and I found that first contact was the start of my journey back to normality.
