No hassle no judgment help

Step change help us sort ourselves out without any fuss or judgement. They explained all the details and options and helped us follow through our plan. Also explained how to desk with the creditors. Fantastic service showing us "light at the end of the tunnel ". Reviewed on: 9th June 2021

Excellent service

Helped us somewhat but limited

We have been helped somewhat by going with step change, but there help is very limited and after nearly 10yrs of payments the money owed never seems to go down, the debtors seem to be able to lump all these extra fees on an already over inflated pay back plan, so we will be stuck with this debt for life, step change can't do anything for us other than be a middle man for payments, and that is it . Life Changing Contact

I was in a downward spiral of substantial debt which I had ignored for some time and I felt ashamed to contact anyone in case they felt I was a fool. Finally plucked up the courage to ring Step Change and I really have never looked back. All the staff I have spoken to have been incredibly empathetic and helpful in every respect. I have never felt a fool not alone be treated like one; the weight off my shoulders is indescribable. I cannot say enough in praise of this organisation.
