I have enjoyed using suits me, they provided me a safe place for me to put my salary when I was going through hard financial times. The app is easy to use and the customer service was very helpful when I was going through issues with logging in. Reviewed on: 15th January 2025

Helped me immensely when i had no options

they really helped me get a bank account as i done something done when i was younger making me unable to open a bank account which also made it hard to find work but suites me allowed me to open an account that i can use and i am really grateful for it. they have come a long way it used to be a really basic bank with a glitchy app and poor user interface but now it is more like a full flagged online bank account Reviewed on: 15th January 2025

I am 68 years old and am not able to activate my new card. I have entrusted my banking details with my son Oliver Howard Haig Trigg as in February 2022 whilst on a stopover in Nairobi my bank details were made available resulting in my account being emptied. Upon arrival at Heathrow i discovered only £0.40 pence was available, Repeated attempts to communicate with SuitsMe since has been answered by computer reply, I will be closing this account upon my return to UK in 2025 Reviewed on: 15th January 2025
