YOU CAN WAIT UP TO 2 hours just to speak to customer advisor. ! Please avoid this bank at all cost, also after paying for £19 a month as a premium member, they will take 99p on every transaction you make. Customer service MAYA is very rude and even shout at you. Good bit pricey

I feel it is a bit expensive, I am paying a monthly fee and transfer fee for every transfer plus other things like DD and SO's if I had any. Reviewed on: 13th February 2025
