1st class service from start to end

I cannot overate the superb service received from the employees at Tembo that I dealt with. They are knowledgeable about the products on offer and exceedingly efficient in processing applications. They are polite and friendly in their approach and keep you well informed at all times and are always on hand to deal with any questions one may have, with prompt replies. Tembo helped me with remortgaging my current property to raise money to give to my grandaughter. I cannot fault them at all. Every person I spoke to to was extremely friendly, yet professional, almost like I was speaking to a friend. I was updated throughout the process and someone was always there to answer any questions.
