1st class service from start to end

I cannot overate the superb service received from the employees at Tembo that I dealt with. They are knowledgeable about the products on offer and exceedingly efficient in processing applications. They are polite and friendly in their approach and keep you well informed at all times and are always on hand to deal with any questions one may have, with prompt replies. This is the first time we’ve used Tembo and we have been extremely satisfied with their service from day one. They have been available, including weekends, whenever we have needed their help, support and advice. Following conversations, they have been efficient in carrying out our instructions and have kept us in the loop regularly. There is a one-off fee of £499 only payable when the mortgage is offered. However, particularly as our situation was complex, this fee is worth it. We would highly recommend Tembo and will definitely use their services again in the future. Reviewed on: 18th February 2024
