Tembo are a breath of fresh air and faultless!

Tembo are honestly 100% a breath of fresh air when it comes to applying for a mortgage. I had been dealing with a handful of "first" class brokers prior to Tembo who made the process seem impossible, heartless, too much bother or simply didn't even reply to messages or got fobbed off repeatedly with the " not in the office at this time excuse. What a revelation Tembo was from the first phone call with Tara, she was down to earth, took the time to look at every option and made me feel that anything was possible to get my dream home. To all other brokers out there take notes on how to be a 1st class broker from Studying Tembo as they are honestly faultless in terms of processes, service and communication, so much so i have been actually shocked on a number of occasions at how faultless the process has been. If you are self employed and starting out on the journey to get a mortgage which will seem impossible from your many online searches just stop looking at any other broker and type into your search engine www.tembomoney.com they are the only place to go to as I've tried all the other " best rated" brokers and Tembo blow them out the water! To Tara, and Elly @ Tembo thank you once again for your unbelievable help and communication, I'm actually looking forward to getting back in contact with yourselves when my mortgage is up for renewal. My Tembo experience

I can not thank Tembo enough .they made my entrance into the property ladder very easy and drama's free ,always on top of my process with an amazing result ,I had the opportunity to be in contact most of the time with Jessica Eley who made me feel secure and guide me very well through all this process .she made it very easy for a first time buyer and went until the last signature to secure my conveyance .Thank you Tembo and a very especial thank you for Jessica too. We are extremely satisfied with the incredible service we received from Argjend Morina and Jodie Coxell. This was the first my sister and I brought a house together and from day one, they were a true help in our home-buying journey, always responsive and willing to help. They made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. Arg really took the time to get to know us and explain all of the different types of mortgages available. He explained everything in a way that made sense and were always available to answer our questions, no matter how big or small. What we appreciated most was how Arg was happy to go back to the bank last minute when we had changed our minds and helped us with getting a better rate when mortgage rates where moving. Both Arg and Jodie expertise and personalised approach made all the difference.
