A wonderful Building Society.

At 82 and as a self-employed artist with a low income I had given up hope of finding a mortgage, even with financial support from my family -- my situation just didn't tick the boxes for any lenders or brokers we approached. However, FBS have been wonderfully helpful,, and Peter, our main contact, was always patient and supportive.. I cannot recommend FBS too highly.. . Reviewed on: 4th July 2023

Product Switch Variation offer advice/questions

On receipt of our mortgage product switch offer documentation I telephoned FBS for further clarification regarding the offer. I was provided detailed and clear answers to all my questions by FBS staff member Mia Tudar. She was polite, efficient and gave us confidence in our choice of option and the support provided by FBS. Throughout our dealings with FBS all staff have been first class. The online systems have worked extremely well. We look forward to finalising our new mortgage offer. Thank you all.
