No nonsense pet insurance

During a very worrying year when our dog was diagnosed with a hip problem and needed assorted treatments each claim we made was paid promptly alleviating at least some of the worry. No hassle insurance

I've been with Insurance Emporium for over 4 years now for my two mini dachshunds. Compared to other companies I know they have always quoted me a very competitive price, given discount for insuring more than one pet and on each occasion I've made a claim its been dealt with quickly and professionally with the minimum of stress to myself. Good value, whilst still feeling like the service offered is of a high standard. I thankfully haven’t had to claim for my cat, I hope I never have to of course. They do what they promise to do

Very Fair and Thoughtful

We have insured our dog with The Insurance Emporium for several years and have had to make some claims. The Insurance Emporium were always swift at acknowledging claims and also very fair. As our dog aged and premiums inevitably went up they did their best to find appropriate cover from their products at an affordable price. Sadly our dog had to be put down in August and we were touched to receive an email from The Insurance Emporium expressing their condolences. We will be getting a new dog soon and we will have no hesitation in returning to The Insurance Emporium for our pet insurance. We are pleased to recommend them to others.
