Sub par experience

No Apple or Google Pay - something all its competitors have. "Faster Payments' can take up to two days where with other banks a faster payment is pretty much instantaneous. Better to go with a bank slightly less ethical but which offers a modern banking experience. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022

It's simple really: Triodos are the best

It's simple really: Triodos invests ethically; I rarely need to contact them and when I do I speak to someone in the UK and issues are sorted efficiently and in a friendly manner. Reviewed on: 29th January 2024
